Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the law applying to the completion of orders, the provision of services for which registration is required and for other purposes indicated in this note; the data will be processed based on the principles of honesty, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy.
Data processing methods include the use of manual, IT and computer-based instruments (including fax, telephone, even without an operator, e-mail, text messages and other computer-based and/or automated communication systems) and shall guarantee the safety and confidentiality of data.

You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, even if it has not been recorded yet, and are entitle to have them transmitted in an intelligible form.
You have the right to know:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) why and how data is processed;
c) the logic applied if the data is processed with the support of electronic instruments;
d) the contact details of the holder, managers and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the people or categories of people to whom personal data can be transmitted or who may learn about it as the appointed representative of the State, managers or appointed personnel.
You have the right to:
a) have data updated, corrected or, if you wish to do so, integrated;
b) have data deleted, turned into an anonymous form or blocked when processed in violation of the law, including data that does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) the certification that the operations in a) and b) have been notified, also as far as their content is concerned, to the parties to whom the data was transmitted or disclosed, unless this requirement is impossible or involves the use of clearly disproportionate means in relation to the protected right.
You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if they are relevant to the purpose for which they were collected;
b) to the processing of personal data relating to you for purposes of sending advertising or direct selling material or to conduct market research or for commercial communication purposes.

Failure to provide personal data marked as mandatory will prevent the performance of any order, while failure to provide data not marked as mandatory has no consequences for the performance of the order.
Subject to your consent, PADANA CLEANROOM srl can process your personal data to provide the services for which registration is required as well as for commercial purposes such as informing you about offers, promotions and other commercial initiatives carried out by PADANA CLEANROOM srl or other operators. In said cases, the provision of data is not mandatory and does not affect the conclusion and performance of orders.
CONSENT TO PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
After reading the note applying to the processing of personal data, I agree to let PADANA CLEANROOM srl process my personal data for:
1 – the conclusion, processing and any activities related to orders transmitted by me;
2 – the provision of services for which registration is required (for example, after sales support, product updates, etc…);
3 – commercial purposes such as offers, promotions and commercial initiatives of any kind carried out by PADANA CLEANROOM srl or by other operators;
